Winter Reset: Keeping It Short and Sweet

  I don’t know about anyone else, but after this past weekend, I know I need to focus on myself, and myself only. Happy holidays, everyone. If you’re anything like me, it’s time for a little  winter mental reset .  After this Halloweekend, a lot has changed in my life. People come, people go. We find ourselves in new places, doing new things, it’s all a lot. But one thing that can stay consistent is my mindset and my habits.  So, with that being said this week I'm hitting pause, and focusing on the things that make me feel like me again.  First things first: walking.  I don’t think I’ve ever loved anything more. It’s something I used to do all the time back home, and lately, I’ve been trying to bring it back into my routine.
